Well for starters, not having seperate siloed Dev Team from one SI and a sperate Test Team from another SI, and Ops folks from yet another with a wrapper of Full Timer Managers.

DevOps, came after Agile, but took forward some of it key thinking, benefits and added even more value. Creating more silos, was never part of its business/value case/proposition, but in many orgs adopting it, was a root cause of their struggles.
