Making Shit Stick, Shu, Ha, Ri

Got your attention! There is no point embarking on a org change or transformation journey if things don't stick beyond the J/S curve, if things regress 5 mins, go back to normal after a change. The Big Guns/ Big Consultancies all failed on this part, they saw Enterprise Agile/Business Transformation as something just for tech folks and departments, they fudged/took shortcuts/removed/hacked methods & frameworks because they didn't really understand their intent, thier designs, their limitations, use cases & made it all about following process or not.  Sustaining behaviour change, changing the ways we lead ourselves and others is much harder than process change, feeding Dogma or adopting AI technologies. People like Organisations are Complex Adaptive Systems that require special skills from folks with High Emotional & Intellectual intelligence to influence, lead and drive true change - not the status quo, or the no such thing as BAU anymore - since about 2010. Something that 2 day certified/qualified Scrum Masters don't have, that many Agile Coaches did. Long Live true authentic Agile Coaches. Learning Mastery,takes 10000hrs of practice, thats what Shu Ha Ri is all about, a jounrey of Conious Self/Personal & Company IMprovement - Fllow the Way - Practice teh Way - Break/Make New Ways.
