Its not all about having everyone stand in circles, doing ceremonies or events & Scrumming/Sprinting at it. Its about looking at the bigger picture holistically & creating a Minimum Viable Beauracracy at least, better still, a Holacracy or Sociocracy, dispensing with Modus Operandi/1st -3rd Industrial Revolution baggage that comes with the PMOs Triple Constraints, Managements Taylorism, Command & Control - to mixing Stability with Agility - what the EACo calls the Entperise Agility Way of Thinking with Dualality - something that Scrumwashing & Spotifcatian has failed to do, so called transforming/step changing only Teams into Pods/Squads at the Team Operational Flight Level, leaving the rest in Wagile land, Scrumfalling into disarray, making Agile, Agility a bad word. Death to the cowboys pedalling this stuff!

Its a smell, a sniff you get when you walk into an Orgnisation & everyone has Scrum Post Nominals they've bought, not earned, next their names, or DevOps this and that, totally missing both Movements Cultures pushing for behaviour change - for the sake of even more confusing new job titles i.e. Scrum Project Manager - what an oxymoron - not expanded roles & responsibilities from I to T, X or M shapped folks to create the Flatterarchy - the fitter, flatter, more efficient, more effective , leaner, fast Flow Systems, Structures & Environments. Bezo's Two Pizza Rule is great, like Scrums Development Team Model, but they both suck when all the team players/ members come from inside the IT departmet, not from across functions and departments to be cross functional, mulit-discplanry, self manaing/goverening/orgnising/managing teams - and then you stack with Matrix of Matrix of Matrix Managment - The Line Manager, the Team Lead, The PMO, the Seior Managers all pushing work onto them, the complete oppsite to the what was intened and HR wonders why we have burnout, diseangment and quit quitting.
